Where it is
Upper lip, straight below the outer edge of the nostril, level with the middle of the groove between the nose and the lip.
Anatomically: Straight below the outer edge of the nostril, at the height of the midpoint of the philtrum (0.5 cun beside GV26).

The name
Grain passes the mouth to be eaten. The point is in a small hollow just above the upper lip, below the nostril.
