In the hollow just under the outer end of the collarbone, inside the bony knob at the front of the shoulder.
Anatomically: 6 cun from the front midline, in the hollow under the outer collarbone, on the inner side of the coracoid process.

The name
The Lung moves Qi through the body the way clouds carry rain over the land. This point sits in the hollow under the collarbone, the gate where that Qi passes out towards the arm.
